تحلیلی بر کارآفرینی دانشگاهی قابلیت‌محور در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان گلستان مبتنی بر تئوری داده‌بنیاد

چکیده

دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی به عنوان یکی از مراکز آموزش عالی معتبر در کشور می‌باشد. این دانشگاه‌ها با داشتن منابع انسانی و مالی، و همچنین ایجاد فرصت‌های ایده‌محور نتوانسته انتظارات را در بخش کارآفرینی دانشگاهی و ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی برآورده سازد. از این‌رو شکل گیری بسترهای محیطی و سازمانی کارآفرینی دانشگاهی قابلیت‌محور از ضروریات است. در همین راستا، تحقیق حاضر به تحلیل کارآفرینی دانشگاهی قابلیت‌محور در دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی استان گلستان پرداخته است. در این پژوهش برای دستیابی به الگوی مفهومی تأثیر مؤلفه‌های کارآفرینی دانشگاهی از روش کیفی تئوری داده بنیاد استفاده شد که مبنای اصلی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این روش، انجام 15 مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با اساتید آگاه در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بود. انتخاب نمونه‌ها به روش گلولۀ برفی انجام شد. پس از انجام مصاحبه‌ها و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، کدهای به دست آمده در بخش-های مختلف تجزیه و تحلیل شده و پس از طی مراحل سه‌گانۀ کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، مدل نهایی از مجموع مقوله‌ها به دست آمد. با توجه به مقوله‌ها و متغیرهای به دست آمده از تحقیق، توجه به هر یک از آن‌ها تحقق هدف نهایی کارآفرینی دانشگاهی قابلیت‌محور را موجب می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Islamic Azad University is one of the prestigious higher education centers in the country. These universities, having human and financial resources, as well as creating idea-oriented opportunities, could not meet the expectations in the field of academic entrepreneurship and creating job opportunities. Therefore, the formation of environmental and organizational platforms for academic entrepreneurship is one of the necessities. In this regard, the present research has analyzed the capability-oriented academic entrepreneurship in Islamic Azad Universities of Golestan province. In this research, in order to obtain a conceptual model of the influence of university entrepreneurship components, the qualitative method of foundation data theory was used, and the main basis for collecting information in this method was conducting 15 semi-structured interviews with knowledgeable professors of Islamic Azad University. The selection of samples was done by snowball method. After conducting the interviews and collecting information, the obtained codes were analyzed in different sections and after going through the three stages of open, central and selective coding, the final model of the total of central categories, causal conditions, intervening conditions , solutions, consequences, and results obtained from capability-oriented academic entrepreneurship. Each of these conditions and factors that make up the model have variables and categories that pay attention to them to achieve the ultimate goal of academic entrepreneurship based on capability.
