رابطه‌ی بین صلاحیت‌های اجتماعی و قصد کارآفرینانه دانشجویان دختر رشته‌های کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران

چکیده

صلاحیت اجتماعی یکی از قابلیت‌های مهم برای کارآفرینی است که امکان برقراری ارتباط با دیگران را فراهم می‌کند. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل رابطه‌ی بین صلاحیت‌های اجتماعی و قصد کارآفرینانه دانشجویان دختر کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران بوده است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش را دانشجویان دختر کارشناسی‌ارشد دانشکده‌ی کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران تشکیل می‌دادند که 63 نفر از آنان با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS Sample Power و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه استفاده شد. روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه با نظرسنجی از متخصصان و قابلیت اعتماد سازه‌های پژوهش با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد صلاحیت اجتماعی و قصد کارآفرینانه اکثر دانشجویان متوسط به پایین بود. نتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد بین صلاحیت همکاری، صلاحیت همدلی، صلاحیت اقناع و مدیریت احساسات با قصد کارآفرینانه رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. نتیجه‌ی مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نیز نشان داد بین صلاحیت اجتماعی با قصد کارآفرینانه دانشجویان رابطه‌ی معنی‌داری وجود دارد. نظام آموزش کشاورزی در کنار آموزش صلاحیت‌ها یا مهارت‌های سخت به دانشجویان باید به پرورش صلاحیت‌های نرم از جمله صلاحیت اجتماعی در آنان نیز توجه ویژه‌ای نماید.

Social competence is one of the important capabilities for entrepreneurship that enables communication with others. The aim of this research was to analyze the relationship between social competences and female agricultural students' entrepreneurial intention at University of Tehran. The target population of the study contained of all M.Sc. female students in agriculture faculty of Tehran University, from which 63 students were selected by using SPSS Sample Power software. Simple random sampling was employed in selection of the respondents. A questionnaire was developed to gather data. Validity and reliability of the research instrument were confirmed based on the evaluation of a panel of experts and Cronbach alpha coefficient, respectively. The results indicated that the social competence and entrepreneurial intention of students in most cases were either low or intermediate. The finding of correlation analysis revealed that there was a positive significant relationship between collaborative competence, empathy competence, persuasion and impression management and students' entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the results of structural equation modeling revealed that there was a positive significant relationship between social competence and students' entrepreneurial intention. The agricultural education system, in addition to teaching hard competencies or skills, should also pay special attention to cultivating students' soft competencies, including social competence.
