عوامل بازدارنده توسعه زنجیره ارزش سیب‌زمینی دراستان همدان از دیدگاه تولیدکنندگان

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده توسعه زنجیره ارزش سیب‌زمینی در استان همدان انجام شد. این تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی و توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل سیب‌زمینی‌کاران استان همدان بود که از این میان 386 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه بود که روایی آن بر اساس نظرات تیم تحقیق تأیید شد و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 722/0 ارزیابی و تأیید شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS26 و روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد، شش عامل بازدارنده توسعه زنجیره ارزش سیب‌زمینی در استان همدان به ترتیب عبارت‌اند از مشکلات و موانع آموزشی- ترویجی، زیرساختی، تأمین نهاده، مدیریتی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی که این عوامل در مجموع 22/60 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین نمودند. مهم‌ترین موانع به ترتیب بالاترین میانگین شامل، قیمت بالای کود، قیمت بالای بذر، هزینه بالای بسته‌بندی، عدم ثبات قیمت، قیمت بالای ماشین‌آلات، کاهش کیفیت خاک و وجود مشکل آب در منطقه سیب‌زمینی بودند. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، سیاست‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی، سرمایه‌گذاری، نظارت بر روند فعالیت‌های مختلف و به روز کردن فن‌آوری‌های مورد استفاده در حلقه‌های مختلف زنجیره ارزش، از سازو کارهایی است که می‌تواند با مشارکت دولت و بخش خصوصی، آهنگ توسعه زنجیره ارزش را تسریع بخشد.

چکیده [English]

The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors inhibiting the development of the potato value chain in Hamadan province. This research was survey and descriptive. The participants of this study were potato growers from which 386 people that selected as a sample. The research tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed based on the opinions of the research team and its reliability was evaluated and confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.722. Data were analyzed with SPSS26 software and exploratory factor analysis method. The results showed that, six factors inhibit the development of the potato value chain in Hamadan province including, educational-promotional, infrastructural, input supply, managerial, economic and environmental problems and obstacles, and these factors, these factors explained 60.22% of the total variance. The most important barriers, in order of the highest average, include, the high price of fertilizer, the high price of seeds, the high cost of packaging, price instability, the high price of machinery, the decrease in soil quality and the presence of water problems in the region. Therefore, according to the obtained results, policymaking, planning, investment, monitoring the process of various activities and updating the technologies used in different links of the value chain, are among the mechanisms. which can accelerate the development of the value chain with the participation of the government and the private sector.
