تأثیر درگیر شدن دانشجویان در فعالیت‌های عملیاتی تعاونی 4802 بر بهبود مهارت‌های کارآفرینی آنان: یک مطالعه‌ی شبه‌آزمایشی

چکیده

کارآفرینی موتور محرکه‌ی توسعه‌ی اقتصادی از طریق توسعه‌ی بسترهای لازم برای جهش تولید است. بنابراین، جوامع ترقی‌خواه باید به‌طور ویژه‌ای به عنصر اساسی کارآفرینی یعنی نیروی انسانیِ کارآمد و خلاق توجه نمایند و در راستای پرورش توانمندی‌های کارآفرینی در آنها از طریق آموزش و تقویت مشارکت مدنی تلاش کنند. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهشِ شبه‌آزمایشی بررسی تأثیر درگیر شدن دانشجویان در فعالیت‌های عملیاتی تعاونی 4802 بر بهبود مهارت‌های کارآفرینی آنان بود. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل تمام اعضای شرکت تعاونی (N=350) بود که از این تعداد، 185 نفر به عنوان نمونه‌ی آماری انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع طبقه‌ای انتساب متناسب بود. ابزار اصلی پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخت بود که روایی محتوایی و شکلی آن با استفاده از نظرسنجی از متخصصان موضوعی و محاسبه‌ی ضریب لاوشه تأیید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با انجام پیش‌ آزمون و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای بخش‌های مختلف آن تایید شد (834/0 – 743/0 = α). داده‌های آماری با استفاده از نرم‌ افزار SPSSWin20 مورد پردازش قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که درگیر شدن دانشجویان در فعالیت‌های عملی شرکت تعاونی به‌طور معنی‌داری موجب ارتقاء سطح مهارت‌های کارآفرینی آنها در مقایسه با سایر اعضاء از دو جنبه‌ی مهارت‌های فنی و مهارت‌های مدیریتی شده است. اما این تفاوت برای مهارت‌های فردی معنی‌دار نشد.

Entrepreneurship is the driving force of economic development through the development of the necessary conditions for a leap in production. Therefore, the progressive communities should pay special attention to the basic element of entrepreneurship, namely efficient and creative human resources, and strive to formation theirs entrepreneurial capabilities through education and strengthening their civic participation. Accordingly, the purpose of this quasi-experimental study was to investigate the effect of students’ involvement in the 4802 cooperative’s operational activities on improving their entrepreneurial skills. The statistical population included all members of the cooperative (N = 350) from which 185 individuals were selected as the statistical sample. The sampling method was stratified random sampling. The main tool of the research was a researcher-made questionnaire which its face and content validity confirmed by a panel of experts and calculates CVR (Content Validity Raito) coefficient. The questioner readability confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.743 – 0.834). Data was analyzed by applying SPSSwin20 software. Findings showed that the involvement of students in the practical activities of the cooperative significantly improved the level of their entrepreneurial skills in terms of both technical and managerial skills in compared to whom were not involved in these activities. But this difference was not significant for individual skills.
