تأثیر فعالیت‌های فوق برنامه بر اشتغال‌پذیری دانشجویان رشته‌های کشاورزی

چکیده

اشتغال‌پذیری دانشجویان یکی از موضوعات روز عرصه پژوهش و عمل در آموزش عالی است. یکی از راهکارهای تقویت اشتغال‌پذیری دانشجویان در آموزش عالی، مشارکت در فعالیت‌های فوق برنامه است. به همین دلیل هدف اصلی ین پژوهش بررسی تأثیر فعالیت‌های فوق برنامه بر اشتغال‌پذیری دانشجویان بود. در این راستا پیمایشی در میان نمونه‌ای متشکل از 190 نفر از دانشجویان رشته‌های کشاورزی در پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران اجرا شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ استفاده شد که روایی صوری آن از طریق پانل متخصصان؛ روایی سازه آن از طریق روایی همگرا و واگرا و پایایی از طریق پایایی ترکیبی بررسی و تأیید شد. نتایج نشان داد مشارکت در فعالیت‌های فوق برنامه تأثیر مثبتی بر میزان اشتغال‌پذیری دارد و 46 درصد از واریانس اشتغال‌پذیری دانشجویان رشته‌های را تبیین می‌کند. بر اساس نتایج و با توجه به فقدان سازوکارهای مدون برای پرداختن به اشتغال‌پذیری در برنامه درسی دانشگاه، تقویت اشتغال‌پذیری از طریق فعالیت‌های فوق برنامه می‌تواند قابل طرح و پیگیری باشد.
