Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the entrepreneurial thinking of Kerman Agricultural Jihad Management employees and their attachment and career advancement. According to the number of 141 employees of this office, 101 people were included in the study using the table of Krejcie and Morgan (1970) and the simple random sampling method. In order to check the research model, the set of variables of innovation, risk-taking, invention, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, independence among the characteristics of entrepreneurial thinking were investigated with the mediation of job Involvement. Descriptive analysis of variables was done using SPSS and structural equation model was drawn with AMOS. The results showed that creativity and entrepreneurial spirit have the greatest impact on the career advancement of agricultural jihad management employees, on the other hand, with the impact of creativity and entrepreneurial spirit on job attachment, their career advancement level also increased. This effect increased even more with the mediation of job involvement. Therefore, the increase in entrepreneurial thinking will lead to the career advancement of Jihad Agriculture employees. It is suggested that in order to create entrepreneurial thinking among the employees of the management of agricultural jihad in Kerman city, in addition to in-service training, measures should be taken to regulate and participate employees in various programs based on entrepreneurial characteristics. In addition to practicing and repeating these features, it also leads to increase and provide training to others.
