Considering that organizational entrepreneurial behavior is a necessity for all organizations, both public and private, so the purpose of this study was to design a model of organizational entrepreneurial behavior with a combined approach, which was done on a case-by-case basis in the judiciary of Golestan province. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation based on the method, which was analyzed using Excel software. In the first step, the factors affecting organizational entrepreneurial behavior were identified based on the research background and semi-structured interviews with 11 academic and organizational experts by Delphi method. The output of this stage was 23 components in 7 dimensions (behavioral, environmental, content, contextual, communication, structural, individual). Then, in the second step, the identified dimensions were graded by interpretive structural method and clustered by Mikmak analysis. The results showed that the behavioral and communication dimensions are in the first level, environmental, content, contextual and individual dimensions are in the second level and structural dimension are in the third level. Environmental and structural are located in independent clusters. Based on the research results, it is suggested that in order to create entrepreneurial behavior in employees and the structure of the organization should be efficient and flexible in the face of environmental change and managers away from bureaucracy should encourage the entrepreneurial behavior of employees.

Value system is considered as the most central belief of a person that influences his ways, goals and behaviors. This study aimed to determine the effect of ethical value system on entrepreneurial university in order to present a model in Islamic Azad universities of Golestan province. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey method that has been done with a mixed approach. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes ten university experts selected by purposeful sampling. The statistical sample in the quantitative section included 241 faculty members of Islamic Azad universities in Golestan province selected by simple random sampling. Research data were collected from library study and field method. The research instruments were a researcher-made questionnaire made by the Ethical Value System and the questionnaire of Gibb Entrepreneurial University. The face and content validity of the instruments were confirmed by academic experts in the fields of management, psychology and educational planning and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the ethical value system questionnaire 0.92 and the entrepreneurial university 0.93. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the ethical value system and the entrepreneurial university based on the coefficients of the load factor (0.660) and the calculated t-value (19.134) and the proposed model has a suitable fit. According to the research results, it is suggested that the officials of the entrepreneurial university pay more attention to the ethical value system in order to better advance their goals.

Entrepreneurship is the driving force of economic development through the development of the necessary conditions for a leap in production. Therefore, the progressive communities should pay special attention to the basic element of entrepreneurship, namely efficient and creative human resources, and strive to formation theirs entrepreneurial capabilities through education and strengthening their civic participation. Accordingly, the purpose of this quasi-experimental study was to investigate the effect of students’ involvement in the 4802 cooperative’s operational activities on improving their entrepreneurial skills. The statistical population included all members of the cooperative (N = 350) from which 185 individuals were selected as the statistical sample. The sampling method was stratified random sampling. The main tool of the research was a researcher-made questionnaire which its face and content validity confirmed by a panel of experts and calculates CVR (Content Validity Raito) coefficient. The questioner readability confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.743 – 0.834). Data was analyzed by applying SPSSwin20 software. Findings showed that the involvement of students in the practical activities of the cooperative significantly improved the level of their entrepreneurial skills in terms of both technical and managerial skills in compared to whom were not involved in these activities. But this difference was not significant for individual skills.

The purpose of this study is to design a pattern for the development of international entrepreneurship in knowledge-based businesses by prioritize the drivers of internationalization. Methodologically current research was done in two continuous phase. First phase aimed to identify the driving factors of internationalization knowledge-based businesses based on qualitative research paradigm and focus group technique and interview 18 experts. Also in this phase using Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP), four key factors for internationalization process and weighting these criteria. Second phase was based on survey approach to data gathering. The research tool at this stage was a questionnaire, which was developed in line with the overall purpose of the research and based on the results of the first stage of the research and also its integration with the research background. Date form this phase was analyzed and prioritized using TOPSIS technique. The results showed that the most important criterion in the process of business internationalization is the importance of each measure to complete the technology value chain. Also, the most important factors based on the combination of all criteria are having technological production and being able to sell in the international market, relieving and reducing continuous sanctions, the company's labour force having up-to-date technical knowledge, solving money transfer problems and banking transaction, safe environment for export in destination and having electronic infrastructure for international trade.

Currently, women in rural areas have a significant entrepreneurial role and designing a rural women entrepreneurship model is very important in agricultural tourism policy. The purpose of this study is to design and explain the entrepreneurial model of rural women in agricultural tourism. This research is exploratory in terms of applied-developmental purpose. In the qualitative part of the research, the participating team includes academic experts in the field of agricultural tourism who were selected in a non-random (purposeful) manner and 30 people were selected. The statistical population in the quantitative part includes rural women entrepreneurs among whom a questionnaire was distributed by census method. In the qualitative part, the information was compiled in the form of a conceptual data model of the foundation, and then in the model test, research hypotheses were analyzed by path analysis method using SPSS25 and Amos software. The results showed that the causal conditions affecting agricultural tourism include the intention to implement entrepreneurship in agricultural tourism, perceived self-efficacy, perceived opportunity and capability, and planned behavior. Intervention conditions include raising awareness, financial and educational support, initiative and efforts of tourism farm owners and contextual conditions include improving the entrepreneurial environment in rural communities, increasing knowledge and skills, and facilitating the participation of officials. Also, the proposed strategies including investment, organization and management and analysis of strengths were identified, and the reduction of social ills was identified as a consequence of the impact of the re-entrepreneurship intention of rural women on agricultural tourism.

Also, the proposed strategies including investment, organization and management and analysis of strengths were identified, and the reduction of social ills was identified as a consequence of the impact of the re-entrepreneurship intention of rural women on agricultural tourism.</OtherAbstract>
