In this regard, one of the institutions that have been trying to solve the problem by<br />implementing employment plans is the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee. The purpose of this<br />study was to analysis the weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities of the employment<br />plans of the Khomeini Relief Committee in Golestan province. Research is a type of applied<br />research which is done by descriptive-survey method. The statistical population consisted of all<br />experts of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Golestan province (N=80). SPSS and Excel<br />software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the most important<br />opportunities for employment plans were "creating opportunities for the growth and<br />improvement of the personality of the clients" and "protecting the family institution" and the<br />most important threats were "the lack of supportive co-operatives from domestic businesses,"<br />"imports of similar products at a lower cost," and "lack of clients familiarity with the methods of<br />advertising". The most important weaknesses were “buying cheap products manufactured by<br />brokers "and" the lack of specific brands for clients' products". The most important strengths<br />were “contributing to the development of the market for production and consumption"and<br />"more flexibility of designs with living environment conditions". The results also show that<br />weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities of employment plans are in the competitive<br />strategy area. That is, we must eliminate the weaknesses by taking advantage of the<br />opportunities.<br /><br /> در شرایط کنونی موضوع اشتغال یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های اجتماعی در کشور است. در این راستا یکی از نهادهایی که با اجرای طرح‌های اشتغال سعی در حل مشکل داشته است، کمیته امداد امام خمینی(ره) است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل نقاط ضعف، قوت، تهدید و فرصت طرح‌های اشتغال‌زای کمیته‌ امداد اما‌م خمینی(ره) در استان گلستان انجام گرفته است. پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کاربردی است که به روش توصیفی- پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارشناسان کمیته امداد امام خمینی(ره) در استان گلستان به تعداد 80 نفر بودند که به شیوه تمام-شماری به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزارSpss و Excel استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مهم‌ترین فرصت‌های طرح‌های اشتغال‌زا "ایجاد فرصت رشد و ارتقای شخصیت مددجویان" و "صیانت از نهاد خانواده" و مهم‌ترین تهدیدها "نبود تعاونی‌های حمایت‌کننده از کسب و کارهای خانگی"، "واردات بی‌رویه محصولات مشابه با قیمت کمتر" و "عدم آشنایی مددجویان به روش‌های تبلیغاتی" بود. "خرید ارزان قیمت محصولات تولیدی توسط دلالان" و "نبود برند مشخص برای محصولات تولیدی مددجویان" مهم‌ترین نقاط ضعف و "کمک به توسعه بازار تولید و مصرف" و "انعطاف‌پذیری بیشتر طرح‌ها با شرایط محیط زندگی" از مهم‌ترین نقاط قوت بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد تحلیل نقاط ضعف، قوت، تهدید و فرصت طرح‌های اشتغال‌زا در ناحیه راهبرد‌ رقابتی قرار دارد یعنی باید با بهره‌جستن از فرصت‌ها نقاط ضعف را از بین ببریم. https://jead.gau.ac.ir/article_4653_299f101fda19f68f179a8711878289c3.pdf
