توسعه کارآفرینی زیست محیطی با تاکید بر نقش کسب و کارهای کوچک و خرد روستایی

چکیده

کارآفرینی زیست‌محیطی یکی از راهبردهایی است که در سال‌های اخیر، در پاسخ به مسائل زیست‌محیطی و به منظور تبدیل اقتصاد سنتی به اقتصاد سبز، معرفی شده است. این نوع از کارآفرینی، دلالت بر ایده ایجاد کسب و کاری دارد که نشان‌دهنده یک نگرانی برای نیازهای زیست‌محیطی و اجتماعی نسل حاضر و آینده است. کسب و کارهای کوچک و خرد، به ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه، اکثر کسب و کارها را تشکیل داده و سهم بزرگی از آلودگی‌ها و مصرف منابع را نیز به خود اختصاص می‌دهند. بنابراین مورد توجه قرار‌دادن آن‌ها و هدایت ابتکار کارآفرینان محلی برای لحاظ کردن نگرانی و مسئولیت زیست‌محیطی در فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه در مقیاس کوچک، می‌تواند منجر به گسترش نوآوری‌های زیست‌محیطی و ظهور صنایع سبز گردد. مقاله حاضر با استفاده از مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای-اسنادی، ابتدا مفهوم و ماهیت کارآفرینی و کارآفرینان زیست‌محیطی را مورد توجه قرار می‌دهد؛ سپس کسب و کارهای کوچک و خرد روستایی و رابطه بین کارآفرینان زیست‌محیطی و این نوع کسب و کارها بررسی می‌گردد. در ادامه موانع و فرصت‌های این نوع از کارآفرینی و تجارب تعدادی از کشورهای موفق در توسعه آن، مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرد. در پایان نیز پیشنهادهایی برای توسعه کسب و کارهای زیست‌محیطی کوچک و خرد روستایی ارائه می‌شود.
