Due to variety of termsoccasionally used carelessly or interchangeably, terminology can be one the challenges forresearchers and practitioners in higher education. Accordingly, this paper aimed to removeambiguity about these terms and determine their overlap and differences for quite understandingand consequently proper application of them in research and practice in higher agriculturaleducation. Comparing entrepreneurship and employability reveled that pre-founding competencies(mostly opportunity competency) is the characteristic of entrepreneurship and career developmentlearning is the characteristic of employability. Post-founding competencies (managerial competencies)and technical (specialized skills) are among their similarity points. Core, key, generic, transferable,enterprise skills and career development skills can be viewed as an aspect of employability. Core, key,generic, transferable generally are used interchangeably, but some differences can be asserted. In thisregard, generic and transferable skills which are synonyms, encompassing a wider range of skills incomparison to core, key and enterprise skills, indeed these skills are a particular type of generic ortransferable skills. Core and key skills are synonym, bearing in mind that key skills term was usedlater, by Experts instead of core skills and since then became common.}, keywords = {Keywords: Generic skills,Key skills,Transferable skills,Higher Education,Career developmen}, title_fa = {ابهام‏ زدایی واژه‏ شناختی مهارت‏های اشتغال ‏محور دانش‏ آموختگان بخش کشاورزی}, abstract_fa = {واژه‌های متعددی برای مهارت‌های مرتبط با اشتغال دانشجویان در آموزش عالی به کار رفته است که از جمله می‌توان به کارآفرینی، اشتغال‌پذیری، مهارت‌های عمومی، مهارت‌های قابل انتقال، مهارت‌های اصلی، مهارت‌های کلیدی و مهارت‌های کسب و کار و یادگیری توسعه شغلی اشاره کرد. از جمله چالش‌های پیش روی محققان و دست‌اندرکاران آموزش عالی تعدد این واژه‌هاست که در برخی مواقع با بی‌دقتی به کار گرفته می‌شوند. هدف این مقاله ابهام‌زدایی از این واژه‌ها و فراهم کردن زمینه درک صحیح و کاربست شایسته آنها در عرصه پژوهش و عمل در آموزش عالی کشاورزی است. مقایسه کارآفرینی و اشتغال‌پذیری نشان داد وجه ممیزه کارآفرینی صلاحیت‌های قبل از تأسیس کسب و کار (صلاحیت فرصت) و وجه تمایز اشتغال‌پذیری یادگیری توسعه شغلی است. از وجوه تشابه آنها صلاحیت‌های پس از ایجاد کسب و کار (صلاحیت‌های مدیریتی) و مهارت‌های فنّی (تخصصی) است. مهارت‌های اصلی، کلیدی، عمومی، قابل انتقال، کسب و کار و یادگیری توسعه شغلی بخشی از مهارت‌های اشتغال‌پذیری هستند. واژه‌های مهارت‌های عمومی، قابل انتقال، اصلی و کلیدی در بسیاری موارد به صورت مترادف به‌کار می‌روند، اما می‌توان وجوه تمایزی را برای آنها قائل شد. در این زمینه، مهارت‌های قابل انتقال و عمومی که در حقیقت معنای یکسانی دارند؛ نسبت به مهارت‌های اصلی یا کلیدی و همچنین مهارت‌های کسب و کار، طیف گسترده‌تری از مهارت‌ها را در بر می‌گیرند و مهارت‌های اصلی یا کلیدی و مهارت‌های کسب و کار نوع خاصی از مهارت‌های عمومی یا قابل انتقال هستند.}, keywords_fa = {مهارت‏های عمومی,مهارت‏های کلیدی,مهارت‏های قابل انتقال,مهارت‏های اصلی,توسعه شغلی}, url = {https://jead.gau.ac.ir/article_4712.html}, eprint = {https://jead.gau.ac.ir/article_4712_a59a314b123e486e27edc2555394c56d.pdf} }
